I’ve been saying it for years, but 2016 is it. In the coming months, I will finally be launching my blog.
As an RRCA Certified Endurance Running Coach and RYT 200 Yoga Instructor in Chicago (in addition to my full time job in brand communications), I have a lot to share: answers to common questions related to things like marathon training, styles of yoga and more; recipe reviews; general observations on life and – of course – photos of my Boston Terrier pup.
For those who don’t know me well and are wondering what to expect, I like to compare myself with Whole Foods – mostly health and fitness focused with the occasional brownie the size of your head (seriously, have you seen those things?).
